Communications analyst and copywriter Shelley Estersohn has been helping small businesses and trade groups connect with key audiences for more than 25 years. She focuses on omni-channel communications and marketing campaigns — creating compelling content tailored to specific messaging platforms. Over the course of her career Shelley has written for ad agencies, associations, boutique retailers, wholesale distributors, environmental groups, florists, growers, healthcare providers and non-profit organizations.

Before founding Creative Marketing Tools as a partner in January 2014, Shelley spent eight years as Communications Director at the Society of American Florists, where she managed websites, e-newsletters, event marketing and print collaterals.
